Karolyne has been helping leaders discover their best influence for the past fourteen years, assisting them to enhance the quality of their strategic thinking and performance.


Building on her background in psychology and education, Karolyne has a MCom in Organisational Psychology, Certificate in Career and Executive Coaching from University of South Africa, Equipt to Coach Certificate from the Strong Foundation and a certificate in the Foundations of Corporate Coaching from the University of Cape Town.

Karolyne specialises in coaching and facilitation. Her master’s thesis was an evaluation of a coach training programme.  She trains leaders and managers in coaching skills in a variety of settings.

Karolyne lead the design and development of SACAP's coaching, human resource management and business management qualifications. She is Head of Strategic Innovation for SACAP, innovating strategic initiatives to create long term value for SACAP through customer, market and relationship expansion. She oversees growth beyond South African borders, heading up SACAP Global.

Karolyne has been involved in several community development initiatives over the years, previously running a social enterprise to support a multinational NGO, which trains, coaches and mentors other organisations in leadership development.
