Being wholehearted is about fully engaging in life, despite the risks and lack of guarantees.  It is about having the courage to be vulnerable and authentic, to not shut our hearts down, in spite of the challenges life throws at us.

Being mindful is about cultivating our awareness in the present, practising self-compassion and being conscious and intentional in our choices and actions.

Resilience is our ability to bounce back in adversity. It involves building a set of personal strengths so that we can not only cope, but thrive.

These three elements: wholeheartedness, mindfulness and resilience go a long way to creating dynamic balance in our lives and being physically and psychologically healthy people, who can offer quality thinking, being at their creative best.
